The Executive Board is the student leadership team that helps guide and shape Explorer Post 911. Made up of elected members, the Board plans events, organizes activities, manages projects, and ensures the Post runs smoothly. They serve as role models for their peers and work closely with advisors to keep the program strong and active.

Crew Chiefs are experienced members who lead small teams within the Post. They mentor newer members, help coordinate training, and keep their crew organized and engaged. Crew Chiefs bridge the gap between the Executive Board and the general membership, ensuring every member feels supported and involved.

The Post’s six core principles are; Community, Education, Peer Mentoring, Service, Experience, and Leadership.
