Embedded Content from Other Websites
Articles may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles). Embedded content behaves exactly as if the visitor had visited the original website, which may collect data, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that content.
Who We Share Data With
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How Long We Retain Data
Comments and their metadata are stored indefinitely to automatically approve follow-ups. For registered users, we store the personal information in their profile. Users can view, edit, or delete personal information at any time (username cannot be changed). Site administrators can also view and edit that information.
Your Data Rights
If you have an account or have left comments, you can request an exported file of your personal data or request its deletion. This does not include data we are required to retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where Your Data Is Sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
If you want, I can also merge this into a friendlier, community-oriented About + Policy page so the legal text feels less intimidating while still meeting compliance needs. That might make it fit your youth program’s tone better. Would you like me to do that?
